Privacy & inquiries

Updated October 14, 2026

When you contact us

The inquiry form sends the contact information and property, community, or partnership details you enter to info@festivaloflights.org. The Festival of Lights team uses those details to review the possibility you describe and respond. Optional fields can be left blank.

Messages are handled by our website and email services. Emailing us directly also shares the information you include in your message. A submission does not reserve a location or create a partnership agreement.

Website delivery and security

Our hosting, email, and security providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The online form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions. You can read more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Links to other websites

Links to Fairglow and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The Fairglow link does not send your Festival of Lights inquiry to Fairglow.

Questions about your information
